In the statistics menu there are various programs and options for evaluation - even modul based for airfreight, seafreight and road.

Various reports are pre-assigned by CargoSoft and are displayed in a standard layout.

Individual Reports can be added in the program Own reports.

Reports for orders, customers, tonnage, shipping routes, carrier, and other topics customized for your needs can be created with the existing data base fields from all tables.
Permissions are provided for the statistics, as the evaluations are usually printed at the corresponding place at specific time and as they are not tied to the daily order processing.

Selection of CargoSoft statistics

The following statistics are available in the Environment menue under the Statistics item:

  • Order status
  • File sheet
  • Agent statistic
  • Port statistic
  • Customer statistic
  • QM statistic
  • Performance report
  • Tonnage report
  • Tonnage report with year comparison

  • Airfreight:

Side Note: Treeview in den Reports

A treeview can be activated for reports (statistics). A treeview is displayed on the left when opening the report. This can be used to navigate.

The sub reports can be accessed via double click. These are displayed in a separate tab. The tabs can be closed by clicking the X at the top right edge of the screen.

The settings, whether a report is to be displayed with or without a treeview, can be set in the basic data ADMIN → REPORTS through a checkbox.


Order status

You can search for the status of the files (status tab in the order).

The statuses are displayed as report/list of the search parameters.

With the search fields, you can search for

  • status types,
  • dates and
  • employees

to receive the corresponding search result. This is directly generated into a report about the file(s).

File number

Limit the search to a sector, department, user, month, year, or other structures of the file.

Status type

Limit to a certain status. Via the search, you can access the status types defined in your application.

Date/ Time

Search for specific dates

Employees

Search for specific employees

Current

If this checkbox is activated, every file only displays the act that was last carried out within the status system.
This may be useful for the monthly closing. When looking at the files of your number range, you can immediately determine which orders have not yet been invoiced.

Example: Search for orders of an employee for the month February, year 2018, which have not yet been invoiced.

Requirement: Existence of a status with the identifier (e.g.: Invoiced, ...) for successful invoicing: Image Added



Own reports

Your own reports must be available in the directory C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\CargoSoft7\Formulare\Reports\MyReports\.
