Set up
Every personal account receives its supervisor (an employee), who is responsible for this personal account.
If you work with supervisors, the open items module only displays the open items of the personal accounts with the indication of the activated user as the supervisor.
If a user would like to view the open items of other personal accounts, this user must have the entry of the same open items groups in the employee basic data.
All employees, who have the same open items group in their employee basic data, can view the open items of the personal accounts, for which other employees with the entry of this open items group are indicated as the supervisor.

Change of client
The entry of new basic data for another client is done by changing client.
This is done in the Extras menu → change of clients.
After another client has been selected, the basic data is read again from firma_t, which in this case loads the different client (e.g. 001).
New Open Items Groups are then recorded for the selected other master data client (e.g. 001).
