retired	Activate after an employee has left the company.

Reopen closed files	Authorizes to open orders that have already been closed.
Enter payable invoice header	Activates the header data in the payable entry. Activate this checkbox, if the employee is authorized to enter both the voucher header data as well as the voucher items. Deactivate the checkbox if the employee only enters the voucher items. → This part of the entry mask is non-editable and is grayed out.
Payables with two lines	The voucher items in the payable entry can be displayed in one or two lines. Version 7.7.2 Previously, it had only been possible to enable and disable the fields Cost center and Posting text in the incoming invoice with the setting Payables with two lines in the employee basic data. This can now be done separately per field via the database. Please contact us for more information.
