The programs in the controlling menu are mainly used for the search over several to all files, they are therefore used for the SUPERIOR position processing.
You work in these programs in the Environment menu → Controlling using a search mask and limit the criteria for an evaluation.
After entering search criteria, please leave the fields with the TAB key and then start the search with the function key F3. → Then another tab opens with the search result displayed.
The evaluations in these lists in Controlling are automatically displayed in the form of a report and can be printed or saved.
In order to give the evaluations a heading, you have the option to fill in the Report title field in the lower area in the Search criteria tab.
The lists / evaluations shown in this area are the CargoSoft standard samples that are available to every customer.
You can create or have individual reports created for your evaluations.
