The lists/evaluations shown in this area are the CargoSoft standard samples that are available to every customer.

You can create or have individual reports created for your evaluations.

Access evaluations

In these programmes, you work via a search mask in the environment menu and use it to define the criteria for a result list.

After having entered the search criteria, please leave the fields with the TAB key and then start the search with the function key F3. Then another tab opens with the search result displayed.

Create header via repot title

In order to give the evaluations a heading, you have the option to fill in the Report title field in the lower area in the Search criteria tab.

The evaluations in these lists in Controlling are automatically displayed in the form of a report and can be printed or saved.

CargoSoft standard reports

There is an existing selection of certain reports that are delivered from CargoSoft:

  • P+L

  • P+L with accounting period

  • Sum sheet with accounting period

Fields for the invoice receiver were added to the search mask for these reports.

The fields could not have been added to the following search masks, due to other database table:

  • Shadow P+L

  • Sum sheet

  • Sum sheet with planned balance

  • Sum sheet with employee
