Transfer data

The communication details between CargoSoft, the Dakosy ZAPP computer and the Dakosy Clearing Center in connection with ATLAS are displayed on the Overview and Transfer data tabs with date, time, status messages of all parties involved and reference numbers.
in CargoSoft, all messages and statuses of the sent shipment details, quay requests, customs details (MRN numbers) are displayed on the Forms tab → sub tabs Overview and Transfer data.
These tabs contain the Z-/B-/S-numbers, all statuses of ZAPP references, error codes, loading stops and confirmations of exit.

The ZAPP status messages enable customs authorities to inspect shipments with issued B-/Z-numbers and impose a loading stop if necessary.

The port references are the following reference numbers:
Z-numbers

Export/dispatch declarations that were created in the electronic export procedure.
Z-numbers are effectively B-numbers for presentations to customs related to AES.

S-numbersSummary exit declaration (for declaration type DUX)
B-numbers Other cases

Show send date and status

After you have sent the quay request and the file has been transmitted to Dakosy, the send date will be displayed on the Dakosy tab → Forms → Overview:

Overview tab: Provisional Z-number+ not released

Response with status message

ZAPP AES adds the status of the ZAPP reference to the message upon transfer to the quay operator.
This will be required with the integration of AES since a Z-number is no longer automatically released for loading within two hours.
The Z-number is usually only provisional (NRL = not released) and will receive permission to exit in a separate message (RLS = released).

Z-Nummer + released

The message is Z-number and the customs status is released.

The Z-number is displayed on the Dakosy tab/Forms next to the selected and sent port dataset.
The status released with the customs status frei that the shipment has permission to be loaded.
The response issues the Z-number that releases the provisional loading.
It is crucial that the Z-number is subsequently confirmed by the Gate-In.
The loading will not be performed without the confirmation of exit by the Gate-In → After the port registers the receipt of goods, a Gate-In is sent and you will receive the confirmation of exit.

Overview tab: Confirmation of exit after Gate-In with time display:

Transfer data tab with customs status released and confirmation of exit:

Z-Nummer + not released

The response is Z-number and the customs status is not released. Unlike ZAPP classic, the first response of the ZAPP server is now a provisional Z-number instead of a final Z-/ former B-number.

Provisional Z-number + not released:

The response shows a Z-number that releases the provisional loading – status not released (NLR).
You will not receive the final Z-number until the terminal has confirmed the delivery of the entire shipment through the GateIn.
What follows is the status message released (RLS) with the corresponding Z-number.

Release after loading stop

A loading stop has been imposed: customs status STOP – loading stop

On the Transfer data tab: customs stop on the Transfer data tab

After the release by customs: customs status released and release

On the Transfer data tab: Loading stop and release (chronological)

Status GATE-In/GATE-Out

The different statuses that a ZAPP reference/Z-number may contain can be distinguished as follows:

ZAPP status
Z-number status: The Z-number that releases provisional loading.
NRL not released (S- and Z-number)
RLS released (S- and Z-number)
Customs status
Z no. from: it releases the interims loading
STOPLoading stop
FREIRelease
Gate status
The status messages of the loading and packing companies come with the following messages:
GATE-OUTConsignment leaves the pick up location to the land side
GATE-IN Arrival of the consignment
LADE-ISTLoading onto the vessel

After the port declares the arrival of the goods, a Gate-In is sent and you will receive the confirmation of exit.

In CargoSoft, the Transfer data tab will display the exit confirmation.

The corresponding message of the terminal → GateIn → to ATLAS is not visible on the program surface.
