The two search fields on the left side lead to the search for locations - these are CargoSoft master data codes .

The UN location code is entered in the field on the left - the numerical DAKOSY code in the field of the same name on the right.

Entry of the last European port.

Enter the UN location code in the field on the left side and the numeric Dakosy code in the field of the same name on the right side of the mask.

Search function for all ports on the right side:

The search function has access to basic data  ORDERS → US PORTS.
A code controls whether this is a US port or a non-US port.
Please bear this in mind when searching for or creating a new entry.

First US port

Entry of the first US port.

Enter the UN location code in the field on the left side and the numeric Dakosy code in the field of the same name on the right side of the mask.

Port of loading

The port of loading is accepted from the order header data → this field is non-editable.

Enter the numeric DAKOSY code in the field on the right side of the mask.

Port of discharge

The port of discharge is accepted from the order header data → this field is non-editable.

Enter the numeric DAKOSY code in the field on the right side of the mask. .

AMS forwarder SCAC

This is your SCAC code.

AMS carrier SCAC

Here you enter the SCAC code of the carrier.

  • You can preset the code from addresses A1-A8 in the General company parameters.

The entry on the Statistic tab is pre-assigned once upon entry of an order.

There is no synchronization of fields between the B/L tab and the Statistic tab

AMS vessel country

Entry of the flag of the vessel, provided that it has been transmitted by the shipowner in the sailing list.

The 2-digit country code is filled automatically.

AMS in bond

This is an information for customs authorities about whether the shipment will be transported in bond within the US.

Select Yes or No.
