With CHAMP Premium Tracking, status messages for any MAWB can be received in Airfreight Import.
You as the receiving forwarder do NOT have to have issued and sent the AWB to get the status of the shipment.
CHAMP provides the program as an additional product for Import Airfreight.
The 'Premium' allows you to provide ALL status of the entire transport.
You can send to ALL airlines that are connected to CHAMP.
The program is subject to a fee. Please contact our sales department if you are interested.

Process

In your import file, the MAWB number is automatically written by CargoSoft to the status request tab. You send the status request there.

Via CargoService your request is transferred to Champ.

Champ sends back confirmation/status messages about ALL statuses from the complete shipment - these messages are displayed on the Champ tab.

No matter at which date and time of the transport the request is sent, you will get back all transport movement data.

Premium Tracking in the Airfreight order

Enter the available data of your import file

Also enter the MAWB number in the header data.

Request status

The Status request tab is automatically filled by CargoSoft. so you do not need to take action here.

CargoService picks up the data set to be sent.

By default settings in the master data Status events, after selecting the provider TRAXON the field MAWB becomes a mandatory field (see above) and the MAWB number is automatically read in by CargoSoft from the header data.

The field Sector is also preset from the status events - otherwise select I for Import here.

Receive feedback

Champ feedback is displayed on the Champ/Traxon tab in the order.

The statuses appear as status codes from the congestion events with all available transport sections.
