Basic data


Create an order

If the consignment includes hazardous goods, activate the checkmark Dangerous goods when creating the new file.

Dangerous goods data is recorded on the Order tabGoods description DGR button.

DGR button

The dangerous goods button in the Road goods description was designed in accordance with the requirements for road transport.

If a validity is stored in the basic data ORDER → DANGEROUS GOODS INFORMATION SYSTEM, this is checked against the current day's date when the dangerous goods classes are searched for and transferred to the goods description.

Data expired at the time of the search cannot be used.

Hazardous legislation ADR

In the first field Hazardous legislation, you select the means of transport used to transport the dangerous goods, which law applies and which fields must be filled in from the declaration.
