To retrieve converted and cancelled files, there is a program in the menu Extras → System management → Canceled files. |

A tab including search fields opens.
→ You can view all files of your login or of a specific date or search specifically for cancelled or converted files.
→ The general CargoSoft search functionalities apply.

- If it is a canceled file, only [S] for cancellation is entered in the Type field.
- If it is a converted file, [W] for conversion is entered in the Type field.
- Field Remark: An information at Type [W] Conversion from file xxx to file yyy is displayed.
