The Help tab also contains a button to start remote maintenance.
When you select this command, CargoSoft checks whether the exe file FastClient.exe is available in the root directory of your CargoSoft installation. (Example: C:\Program Files\CargoSoft\FastClient.exe)
If the exe file does not exist at this location, the application checks whether the file is available in the directory of the respective module. If the file cannot be found, the standard browser opens and the FastClient.exe file is downloaded from the CargoSoft homepage.
You may require certain authorizations to execute or download the exe file. Contact your system administrator for more information.
Start the exe file and follow the instructions of the CargoSoft Support.
