In the Scales tab, you can enter scales for differences between accruals and the actual amount in the incoming invoice.

Set tolerance limit for deviation between reset value and actual amount in stages

The deviation is entered as a percentage (%).

In addition, it can be set that above a certain amount, the difference must always be checked and approved manually.
This also applies if the actual amount and the reserve value match.

These defined tolerance limits are also taken into account in the automatic processing of incoming invoices.
