Topic in the order


The text modules recorded in the basic data can be used at different places in the order:

  • in order goods descriptions

  • in FormsText tab 

  • in the B/L

  • on the Haulage tab 

  • in emails, etc.

The airfreight module has an additional basic data program AIRFREIGHT → AWB TEXT: These modules are only used for export accounting info, handling info and content descriptions.

  • Function: Send service orders: Text modules must have the type Mail-Signature in order to be used for the funciton Send service orders via Email, Print, Mailprint.

  • Text modules for the goods description:
    Text modules for the goods description (mode Seafreight, Road, KEP, Rail) must be recorded with type = WB.

Enter the text that is to be used as the text module.

Clients tab

You also have the option to enter text modules for multiple clients.

Attention: This requires the adjustment of existing datasets and settings in the basic data. 

→ All clients entered on this tab will have access to this text module.

→ To make this text module available to all clients, enter client 000.

Edit text modules

Authorization object: TEXTMODULEKEYUSER

→ Employees with the authorization for all of the clients recorded in the text module are able to edit.

→ The text module is non-editable for all employees who do not have authorizations for all of the clients recorded in the text module. The text module remains in display mode only.

The authorization object mentioned above allows users to edit all text modules, regardless of the recorded clients.
