Additional fields

Press the Tab key or select Copy line to open a new line for the same sector and departments and enter another description.
In the form, the first additional field is assigned with the description [Baujahr] if this is filled in the Company tab in the order.
In the form generator
The additional fields can be placed into the form by means of the field list of the form generator on the Reiter Layoutfestlegung.
The additional fields must always be used with the same description for a sector with different forms.
Additional fields in the order
The additional fields can be found in the Firmenreiter in the order.
Here you can fill the additional fields. They are printed in the respective form for the indicated sector (e.g. export).
Additional fields as required fields
Additional fields can also be made into required fields.
Activate the checkbox Required field.
→ The additional field then becomes a required field in the order entry.
Additional fields as search fields with plausi check and link
It is possible to make an additional field access other basic data tables.
Activate the respective checkbox Search function or Plausi check
Search function
If this checkbox is activated, it is possible to start a search in a basic data table within this additional field.
The system evaluates the entry in the Link field.
Plausi check
If this checkbox is activated, the user needs to select an entry from the basic data when making an entry into this field.
This requires that the search function is activated and basic data are recorded.
Link
This field contains the link to the basic data table.

Customer-specific basic data
CargoSoft provides a standardized solution for the use of specific basic data in the order processing: Kunden-Codes.
Data, texts, descriptions, values, etc. can now be recorded, separated by different groups via a basic data program.
Another basic data program allows these data to be linked with additional fields (Zusatzfeldern.) .
These fields can be equipped with individual properties, e.g. search masks, required entries or basic data access.
In the order processing, the Zusatzreiter provides access to these basic data.
This simplifies the data entry and enables statistical data evaluations.
This new function ensures a higher degree of customization without having to change the standard in CargoSoft.

A search mask opens.
There are three entry fields:

Use in the order entry
Main tab Order → sub tab customer-specific tab/XXX
The configured fields are available on the company-specific additional tab after the next login or change of client.
Double click into the field to open the search mask.
Press F3 or click on the Search button to start the search.
Select an entry from the search result and confirm.
Im Feld Transportmittel ist zusätzlich die Plausifunktion aktiviert worden.
Upon data entry, CargoSoft checks whether the entered data exist in the basic data. Otherwise CargoSoft issues a warning.

The search mask can be customized as well.
Search mask without customized basic data entry:
The header displays Search for ... by default.
The ellipsis can be replaced by a specific term, which can be configured with the customer codes.
To do so, create a dataset with the following information:
