Automatic opening | The EDI interface reacts to the fields on the right. Irrespective of automatic opening and closing, the checkboxes for K-closure, D-closure and accruals closure can also be set manually at any time! There is no block here just because a time has been entered for automatic opening and closing. | For example, the EDI interface should set a BuPer 202202 to open at some point shortly before the start of February (all check marks removed). |
Automatic closure | ||
Plan Date/Time | If it is then opened again manually, it must also be closed again manually or at least the date and time for automatic closing must be set again so that it does not remain open forever and ever. |
