AWB numbers can be drawn from the stock of an airline/carrier.

To be able to assign an AWB number automatically, a stock with at least one free number must be stored in the master data AIRFREIGHT → CARRIER.
  • The carrier AWB stocks are stored with 7 digits in the master data.

  • To activate an AWB stock, set the checkmark in the field Active.

  • Enter the AWB number stocks 7 digits → CargoSoft automatically calculates the check digit.

Warning

In the field Warning you can enter a number starting with which you would like to receive a message that the AWB stock is running low.
If you enter the number 10, you will receive a message as soon as there are only 10 AWB numbers.

Email

If the AWB stock falls below the warning limit stored in the carrier basic data, a pop-up window appears in the application with the information that only x AWB numbers are still available. An e-mail with the warning can now also be sent from the system.

An address is stored here that automatically receives a warning e-mail if the warning limit is exceeded.

Default

Activate the checkbox Default to mark this AWB stock as the default.

AWB Agent

Fill the field AWB Agent to assign the AWB stock to an agent.

  • Please activate No. Stock if you would like to enter carrier AWB number stocks and be able to access them via the F6 menu.

  • Activate AWB stock per branch if you would like to enter AWB stocks per branch.
