Open the print preview

You can open the print preview for forms and reports in the following ways:

Ctrl + P to open the print preview

You can select multiple documents at once, open them in the print preview or print them.
Activate the checkbox in the Select column of the forms you would like to print.

Print the document form the preview or close the preview without printing.

Symbol	Quickinfo	Description
	Close	Close print preview Crystal Report forms can be stored in the eFile or the archive via the print preview. The system will issue a corresponding query when you close the print preview. This function can be activated in basic data GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER → SPECIALS.

Print forms and reports

Method	Description
Via icons in the file menu	instant print on the printer saved for the current user

Print reports from the Environment menu

Lists in the Statistic and Controlling menus can only be printed with the button Print report in the print preview.

The command in File → Print cannot be used.

Symbols in the report print preview

Symbol	QuickInfo	Meaning
		You can export forms and statistics created with Crystal Reports. Select a format and confirm with OK. Select a destination folder.
		The windows print mask opens with pre-assigned print settings.
