Open the print preview

You can open the print preview for forms and reports in the following ways:

Ctrl + P to open the print preview

You can select multiple documents at once, open them in the print preview or print them.
Activate the checkbox in the Select column of the forms you would like to print.

Print the document form the preview or close the preview without printing.

Print reports from the Environment menu

Lists in the Statistic and Controlling menus can only be printed with the button Print report in the print preview.

The command in File → Print cannot be used.

Select an alternative printer

Forms from the Forms tab

In the print preview, click the button Print settings.

The Print settings mask opens.

This example shows the printers for a B/L with original and copies.

Click the arrow to open a dropdown list with all printers available in the company.

Reports from the Environment menu

In reports, click Print report to open the Print window as shown above.

You can select an alternative printer on the General tab.

Click Search printer to see a list of all available printers.
