Open

Configure view

The display views in both entries are freely configurable, i.e. column width and column order can be adjusted.

You can save a display view in order for it to appear when opening the open items module the next time via the local menu of the right mouse key.

This menu can also be used to switch to the standard view deposited by CargoSoft.

Change view

Display views can be adjusted as follows:

• Field widths in the display can be altered.
  For this, move the cursor to the dividing line between the columns. By clicking on it with the left mouse key and dragging it to the desired direction, you can alter the width.

• The column order can also be altered.
  For this, click on the desired column header with the left mouse key. Hold it and drag it to the desired position.

Client based open items

If it is set in the employee basic data of a user that the open files are to be displayed for all clients and can be edited, the vouchers or sums of a personal account are displayed for all clients (companies) depending on the search criteria.

Open the open items module

Click one of the two Open buttons in order to open the open items module. These are located in the upper button bar.

• The Open icon A opens the search mask via the addresses (personal accounts),

• the Open icon B opens a search mask via the vouchers.

• As an alternative, you can open the open items module via File → Open (both entries A and B will appear).
