Addresses for all clients

This function refers to customers with address basic data for all clients of the database and different settings in the address per client.
This only affects customers who work with the Client-dependent addresses function.

The address must be activated in these settings so that it can be used in the clients for a file.

The address search for the order entry will only suggest addresses that have been activated for this client.

Activate the checkbox Show addresses for all clients in basic data COMPANY → GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER → Order Data 2 tab to have the search result show addresses that are saved in the basic data but have not been activated for your client.

Addresses from other clients are grayed out, not editable and cannot be copied into the file.
Using these addresses requires an activation in basic data ADDRESSES → Clients tab.
