*Email*	An entry in this field will trigger notifications about incoming responses from external systems. The response email is automatized through a link to the Options tab and activation of the field Send internal mails to email system.

*Representative check function*	If a representative/seller has their own CargoSoft login, you can assign a representative code in the field Representative check function. If the representative check function is active, the representative is only able to access the files that contain this representative code. This also affects the search for files. → The result will only show files with this representative code. Thie same applies to statistics and the BI module. If the representative autonomously creates files with this login, the representative code is entered automatically into the field Representative on the *Statistic sub tab. The representative can be changed manually on the Statistic tab*. When selecting an address with a different representative as customer, the program issues a query about whether the representative from the basic data ought to be replaced by the representative entered in the addresses.
Authorization for OP release	Controls the staggering of the open amounts. These amounts are linked to the employee by means of the entered code. In this field you can also search for the scale from the basic data to enable this option for the employee.
Authorization for release credit notes
Authorization duties	The employee is only able to send applications if assigned with a scale for duties and taxes. The scales are entered in the fields Authorization duties and Authorization taxes.
Authorization taxes
Current password New password	Enter the current password to change your password. 2 rows (entry and confirmation) for entering a new password. Click Change password to proceed and save. A confirmation message pops up. To clear the password select context menu → Empty password. You will be asked to enter the new password next time you log in.
Windows login	The respective Windows username and prepended domain is entered for every Single SignOn-User. (Example: cargosoft\jdoe)
GLA/ECM login	Your ECM login.
GLA/ECM password	By default, the GLA/ECM password is displayed in encrypted form. With the VIEW_ECM_PASSWORD permission, the password can also be displayed in plain text.
