The estimated delivery date is indicated if requested (FFR).
This field is a criterion for the flight selection in the booking machine.
Filled with the latest delivery time given by Lufthansa along with Lufthansa responses.

Time of Availability

= TOA (time of arrival at the airport of delivery)

This date can be entered in the request as well.
It will be a criterion for the flight selection in the booking machine.
Periods between LAT and TOA that are too short, may be rejected.

The timeframe number may also be filled along with responses from Lufthansa.

→ Timeframe numbers can be found on the Lufthansa webpage.

Description

Flight, Destination, Routing

From the AWB Main tab, the departure airport, routing and destination are transferred to the airline.

(Only if LH is entered, the action codes are enabled).

Number
Date

The following variants of the routing and destination line can occur:

The routing and destination fields should be filled in the same way.

A combination of operational flight and flight number LH0000 within the routing is not accepted by Lufthansa.
If the flight number and date are left blank, LH0000 is automatically transferred to Lufthansa. Here NA is preset for an alternative flight.

When working with an operational flight (i.e. a flight number is filled), the flight number is also transferred when this is marked again in the eBooking tab.
Here NN is preset for no alternative desired. The action code is changeable.

Country

Airport codes

When eBooking, you must work with airport codes and not with country codes.

For example:
LON → London is not implemented, since LH only flies to Heathrow from 4 airports in London.
In this case, the airport code LHR must be used.

Actioncode

If an allotment no. is entered, CA is preset for the action code.
→ The action code and an allotment no. can be set for each routing.

Action codes selection and explanation for Lufthansa see below.

Allotment ID

  • Allotment Nos. are contracts between the agent and Lufthansa.

  • Allotment Nos. contain the product (td. Flash/td.X/td.pro) and predefined flights.

  • Allotment IDs can be stored in the master data AIRFREIGHT → ALLOTMENTS and selected accordingly in the order.

New in the eBooking tab are the fields

Actioncode
Allotment ID

The Action Code and Allotment ID fields are used exclusively for eBooking.
The fields are only activated in the MAWBs in which the carrier is enabled for eBooking (FFR).

Quantity, Weight and Dimensions

Quantity, weight and dimensions are transferred from the goods description to eBooking.

Loadabilty
(Specification of volume and dimensions)

Likewise the information of the loadability.

  • If only one volume line is available for the package line, the weight of the package  line is automatically preset.
If several volume lines are required, the weight must be changed accordingly.

1 Collo > 150 kos: If a collo weighs more than 150 kg, the collo should be displayed separately in the volume line due to the loadability check.

The volume can be indicated without specifying the individual dimensions on the eBooking tab.
For dimensions from 110 x 65 x 65 cm, the volume line in the WB should be filled in any case due to the loadability check.

If the dimensions are not yet known at the time of booking, the volume field can be filled on the  eBooking tab.
The booking should be repeated in any case after receiving the dimensions.
