Hazardous Goods sub tab in Goods and Dimensions Export
Dangerous goods entry for rate determination
The field DGR on the AWB Main tab is a required field if you have activated the checkbox Dangerous goods upon file creation.
If the Dangerous goods checkbox is not active, this field is pre-assigned with GEN.
This information is only used for the determination of net and customer rates in airfreight export orders.
Use alternative commodity code DGR for the rate determination
As an alternative to entering the dangerous goods details on the Hazardous Goods sub tab you can also enter commodity code [DGR] in the corresponding goods description line.
With commodity code DGR the program will also search for other charges with dangerous goods indication.
The program will also recognize these AWBs as dangerous goods upon consolidation and insert them into a separate goods description line.
However, the statistic is not filled when you use the commodity code.
This requires the entry of dangerous goods details on the Hazardous Goods sub tab.
Delete dangerous goods checkmark for the order
The dangerous goods checkmark is displayed on the AWB Main tab in the head line.
This checkbox is activated automatically once you enter dangerous goods in the Goods and Dimensions tab → Hazardous Goods sub tab.
Open the AWB Control tab.
Deactivate the checkbox DGR in the headline of the AWB Main tab to remove the dangerous goods indication in this order.
You will be asked if you want to continue.
