The following sub tabs/waybills are available for EXPORT and IMPORT:

Enter additional waybill files

It is possible to enter multiple waybills.

Fill out and save the first waybill.

The waybill number is displayed on the left.

In this example, the user has entered the first file. To enter a second waybill, select the context menu item Add line.

This command creates another waybill file. 

Switch files by clicking on the first or second (or more) file.

Copy waybill files

It is furthermore possible to copy a waybill file within an order.

Open the file you would like to copy and select the context menu item Copy line.

Delete waybill files

You can also remove waybill files that are no longer used.

Select the context menu item Delete line to remove the current waybill.

Copy waybills from template

If you have already created a waybill in a different file and would like to copy this waybill into the current file, make a double click in to the field From template ___ Copy.

You can also press F2 to open the search mask.

Fill the search criteria to search for a specific file.

Select the relevant line in the search result and confirm with Accept.

The information are accepted from the file.

The system always uses the waybill that was created last for the data transfer.

Accept the goods description

Make a double click into the goods description of the international waybill and select an existing good description.
The search mask displays data from all levels and versions.
You can select all or only certain lines via multiselect (Ctrl/Shift).

The system accepts the following number of characters:

• Marks                     23 characters
• No. pckgs.              5 characters
• Kind packgs.          10 characters
• Goods description  25 characters

If you would like to accept more characters, mark the line as text line. The system accepts 66 characters from the Marks field.
