Mapping

If you do not create a mapping, the preallocation is made as before (order → waybills → context menu → selection of pre-assigned addresses).

Set up mapping

This program is used for the preallocation of data in the order module from the CMR international waybill.

This basic data program is divided into three sections.

  • The upper section contains search fields.

  • The middle sections shows the recorded mappings.

  • The lower section contains fields to edit one or more selected files.

Create a new CMR waybill mapping

Select the local menu item Add line.

A new line appears.

Here you can configure preallocations.

After you have entered a dataset, save via File → Save.

Waybill

Here you can select the type of waybill.
CMR is currently the only available option.

  • Required field

Client

The client to which the mapping is to apply must be specified here.

  • Required field

Sector

Sector that the mapping will be used for.

  • Required field

Mode that the mapping will be used for.

  • Required field

Entry of the BL/AWB type.

If this field is not filled, the mapping will be used for all types from the selected sector and mode.

Capital letters

If this checkbox is activated, all data will be accepted into the waybill in capital letters.
If this checkbox is not activated, the text will be accepted from the file as is.

Goods version

The goods description version used to pre-assign the waybill.

If this field is not filled, the goods description will not be pre-assigned.

Goods level

Level of the goods description.

Available for selection are 0 (no preallocation) and  1 and 2 for the first and second goods description level respectively.

Shipper, Consignee, Delivery, Acceptance, Carrier, Successive carrier, Signature consignee, Signature carrier, Issued place

Assignment of address fields.

There are two ways to fill these fields:

  • You can either manually enter an address number. This address will always be pre-assigned. An address search is not available.

  • You can also use the dropdown menu. A list of all available operators can be found below.

Fields that are not filled in this basic data program will not be pre-assigned.

Transport data

Here you can determine whether the pre-assigned data ought to be drawn from table eakopf_t (header data) or tp_kopf_t (haulage).

Acceptance date

Entry of the acceptance date.

This is either the current date (TODAY) or the ETS.

Operators for addresses

The following is a list of the preallocation operators for the addresses (available via dropdown menu):

A1-A9

These entries refer to order addresses A1-A9.

If filled in the order, these addresses are automatically pre-assigned in the waybill.

Address qualifier

(AGT, CAR, CNE, DEL, HDL, INV, MIS, NFY, PUP, SHP, TML, TRA)

Provided that they have been entered for addresses A1-A9, address qualifiers can also be used for this preallocation.

Address qualifiers are entered in basic data ADDRESS QUALIFIERS in ADMIN.

TL1-TL3

These operators refer to the Haulage tab, i.e. the Overview and Addresses tab.

Here you can pre-assign LOADING addresses 1-3.

The program always uses the transport line that corresponds to the line in CMR.
Loading place 2 is thus pre-assigned in CMR file 2.

TE1-TE3

These operators refer to the Haulage tab, i.e. the Overview and Addresses tab.

Here you can pre-assign UNLOADING addresses 1-3.

The program always uses the transport line that corresponds to the line in CMR.
Unloading place 2 is thus pre-assigned in CMR file 2.

NL

If you select NL, the system uses the address from the current branch.

FA1-FA4

FA1 refers to waybill Consignor.
FA2 refers to waybill Consignee.
FA3 refers to waybill Carrier.
FA4 refers to waybill Successive Carrier.

These operators can only be selected in the following fields:
Delivery, Acceptance, Signature consignor, Signature carrier, Issued place.

Edit multiple datasets at once

To edit multiple datasets at once, select the relevant lines and fill the fields in the lower section.

Save your modifications.
