Assign the addresses

The first step is to assign the addresses. Select the context menu item Selection for pre-assigned addresses.
A new mask opens.
Using the dropdownlists, you can determine addresses A1-A8 (and others) to be assigned to the CMR.
Confirm your assignment with OK.

Fill in the waybill

When opening the Waybill tab for the first time, CargoSoft opens a query about whether certain data are to be pre-assigned:

  • General customs date

  • Customs date (declarant/representative) from desc. of goods

  • Declarant (A1) from position

  • Goods description

Activate or deactivate the relevant checkboxes. Confirm with OK.

Customs data and addresses in the waybill

If these information were already given in the order, they are automatically pre-assigned in the CMR.
The addresses are automatically added. All remaining fields can be filled manually.

Goods description in the waybill

To accept the goods description, select the context menu item Preallocation of desc. of goods.

The goods description from the current shipment is entered in the CMR.

After you have made all relevant entries, save the waybill.

Now you can print or email the document.
