In your own sailing list you can enter periodic consol container departures.
In the order files you can access these files and copy the details.
You can refer to the BHT and DAKOSY sailing lists when creating your own sailing list.

When these departures are accepted in the order, an update against the sailing lists takes place.

Data transmission with update from BHT and DAKOSY sailing list

When copying a vessel from the own sailing list into the order, the system checks whether the details have changed in the BHT or DAKOSY sailing list.

If so, the current data will be copied from the BHT or DAKOSY sailing list.

The data re only updated if the corresponding connection has been established in the Stammdaten.

The system uses the following entries from the own sailing list to determine the correct vessel for the udpate:

For DAKOSY: Departure number from the Ports of discharge tab or, if not available → SIS from the header data PLUS the field Port of discharge.
For BHT:        Departure number from the Ports of discharge tab or, if not available → SIS from the header data.
(Please note: In the BHT sailing list, the port of discharge is connected to the vessel numer.)

  • If the system does not find departures matching these entries, the update will not be performed.
  • If the system does find departures, the following fields are updated:
    • Vessel name
    • Departure date
    • Arrival date
    • Call sign
    • Voyage number
