Flight data/Routing in AWB Main
Enter the Destination and double click into the field Flight no. to be connected to the flight plan.
An existing consol flight plan is opened automatically.
If there are several flight plans available, all flight plans are displayed in one search result.
Currently, the sorting is done by the flight number. Scroll down the list completely to see all flights.
You can sort each column up and down using the column header in the header row.
For example, have the flights sorted by departure date this way.

Select the appropriate flight and click Accept.
Without MAWB no.
Query with address no. entered in column DES Agent.
Query without address no. in column DES Agent.
The closing entered in the flight plan is transferred to the order in the corresponding field.
In a Consol file, IATA or B2B AWB
After you have created a Consol fiel, you can double-click on the AWB Main tab in the Flight number field or click on Search flight in the context menu.
The search mask Show flights opens, in which you can search according to selected criteria.
If a destination has already been entered, the search result opens immediately.
The flight connection and the MAWB number are then entered in the Consol file.
This means that the MAWB number is in use and can no longer be transferred to other Consol files.
The file number is also entered in the Consol flight plan.
When a flight is taken over from the Consol flight plan, a selection list is displayed if several agents are stored for the airport.
If an agent is stored in the flight plan, it is always marked with a text and is located at the bottom of the list.
To store one of these agents in the order, it must be selected.
Search for flights via closing date
The search automatically considers flights with closing dates that have not been reached yet.
If the field Closing Date in the flight plan is not filled, the program evaluates the ETD date or ETD Via1 date for connection flights instead.
In an HAWB
The flight data you selected will then be transferred to the HAWB file and the Consol MAWB number will be entered in the MAWB No. field.
The file is then automatically suggested in the search mask of the Consol.
As soon as the house file is attached to the consol, the MAWB no. field is grayed out and no longer editable.
Capacity check
The consol flight plan contains information about the booking weight and volume (cbm).
When accepting the flight into a HAWB file, the system adds these weights and cbm to the values already recorded for this flight and calculates a rest quantity.
The search result currently only shows the rest quantity of the weight.
The volume will be incorporated with a future release.
→ The program will issue a warning if you select a flight for which the booking weight or cbm have been exceeded.
You can nevertheless accept such a flight into the HAWB.
In basic data AIRFREIGHT → AIR PARAMETER you can alternatively determine that such a flight must NOT be accepted.
In this case the program will issue a warning and you will not be able to accept the flight.
The capacity check will NOT be performed if the flight plan does NOT contain weight or cbm or if these fields are filled with 0.
Remove Carrier AWB number
To remove a MAWB number fron a consol file that you had previously accepted from the consol flight plan, you can select Remove carrier AWB number from the context menu on the AWB Main, AWB Control and Additional tabs.
