You can navigate at any time using the left sidebar.

The sidebar can be fade in or out by clicking the burger button.

Login

There are different options to log in at the eForwarding:

  • Login with the icon My eForwarding on right side on the top:

        

  • Login with the button Login on the left sidebar:

  • With according configuration user without login also can search for rates, but only logged in user can see ratedetails and do bookings.

 

Please click Sign In & Book in the tab Prices after having calculated the prices.

With clicking the button Sign In to see rate details a detailed price information opens.
Then the the booking is initialsized with clicking the button Book now

The login is possible with every ECM user account.
The ECM user name or the registered email account has to be entered in the field Email.
Then enter the password in the field Password and click the button Sign In.

Create new account

The user has to verify the email address when registering for the first time.

With clicking the button Create new account a pop up opens. All with (*) marked required fields have to be filled.

Based on the configuration the Terms and Conditions on basis of the checkbox has to be confirmed.

With clicking on the button Create new Account an email is sent to the registered email address.
In it there is a link to confirm the mail address.

After clicking the link the browser opens eForwarding with the note: You are now verified. Go to Login.

The user is then verified and can login with the according mail address and password.

Forgot password 

Passwords can be reset in the section Forgot Password?

Enter the previously entered email address.

Then click the button Request New Password to receive an email with a link to change the password.

The link is valid for the next 24 hours.

If a wrong email is entered a notification is displayed with User not found.
