Basic data

Search for existing templates

With a template you can quickly enter monthly flights.
A search mask opens once you click on Templates.

Here you can search for an existing template or create a new one.

If there are multiple lines for a matchcode, they are all displayed in the search result.

Matchcode

To create a new matchcode click File → New.

When you create a template the system checks whether the matchcode you have entered already exists.
If so, CargoSoft will issue a warning that a template with this matchcode already exists.

You can decide whether you would like to see the existing template or close the warning.
In this case the matchcode field is cleared and you can enter a new matchcode.
