MRN field

The MRN field (eawareaespo_t.mrn) can be added to the order mask from any mode using the mask editor.

A MRN can only be added after filling any mandatory fields via the ...- dialog + context menu → Append row. Background: for saving in the table eawareaespo_t the file number is necessary.

If a customs identification number with a different structure than the MRN is to be entered, the entry must be made via the ... dialog and the checkbox ZA must be unchecked. The checkbox ZA checks the entered number for the valid format of the MRN and presets it in the ZAPPAir tab for further customs clearance.

Via the advanced dynamic search the field mrn_v can be added. This is used to find positions in which MRNs have been entered (eawareaespo_t.mrn ).

SCI field

The SCI field for the customs status has been added to the order header table (eakopf_t).

In the drop-down field, the known customs statuses are available for selection:

• X

• C

• T1

• TF

• TD

For airfreight export shipments the field eaairkopf_t.sci is synchronized to eakopf_t. In case of B2B the entry in HAWB has priority.

The field can be added to the order mask of any mode via the mask editor. The field can also be used in the advanced dynamic search.
