Authorization object: STAAWBAGENT

To propose and print your address in the AWB as agent or as carrier, including the signature texts, an AWB agent must be created in the master data for the respective branch.

In order for AWBs to be printed across all branches and for the correct RAC numbers to be printed in the AWB, the AWB agent must also be created in the printing branch.
Automatic AWB number assignment for HAWBs is done via the AWB Agent.

Create AWB agent

Before you can create the AWB agent, you must store your address in the master data ADDRESSES → ADDRESSES.

In the AWB agents, the HAWB/Master HAWB/Sub-Master number ranges that you created in the master data ADMIN → NUMBER RANGES are also assigned.

You can create any number of AWB agents for each branch - each AWB agent with its own HAWB number range, if desired.

LBA permit no.

In addition, you store the corresponding LBA permit no. and the IATA code here.

The LBA permit no. is displayed in the order in the AWB Control tab in the middle block at the very bottom if it is filled in the master data.

IATA code field

The IATA code must be entered as follows:

  • 7 digits: 2 digits/hyphen/1 digit/hyphen/4 digits/slash
  • The slash at the end of the IATA code is followed by the CAS no. (4 digits).

The field IATA Code is pre-assigned on the /wiki/spaces/ONLINEDOKENTMSAIR/pages/30622364.
