The AWB type is displayed after you have selected an AWB type for the new file when creating the new file.

Enter the existing MAWB number manually in the field.

The MAWB number also serves as a filter criterion for evaluations and postings on all files of the same MAWB number (Consol).

Enter the HAWB number.

The MAWB and HAWB numbers are recorded without special characters and spaces.

Indicates the order as a dangerous goods order.

• Indicator is set automatically when the dangerous goods checkbox is activated during order creation.

• It is also set by entering hazardous goods in the goods description on the Dangerous goods sub tab.

The Departure airport and Arrival airport codes are automatically filled if you have entered the Departure Airport/Destination Airport fields in the flight data.
