Record SMAWB number

The submaster receives its own AWB number.

It will be assigned in the F6 menu - from stock or manually.

Record carrier MAWB number

The carrier MAWB number is always recorded in the headline on the AWB Main tab in the field MAWB.

• You either receive this number from your partner if you are the coloader or

• this is your own number if you have received the SUB master from your partner and if you ship the consol yourself.

MAWB number manually

The carrier MAWB number can be entered in the MAWB field in the same way as for a HAWB.

The field is freely editable.

Upon entry the program checks whether this number is recorded in the consol flight plan.

A number that is not available in the flight plan can be entered and saved.

The following rules apply to MAWB numbers that CargoSoft finds in the flight plan:

SMAWBs that are sent to partners:

• You can only enter MAWB numbers from these partners.

• The field EDI partner in the flight plan must be filled.

• If the AWB number belongs to a partner, the number is saved and the EDI partner from the flight plan is entered automatically.

Accept flight from the Consol flight plan in the Airfreight menu

Flights from your partners can be imported via interface (interface configuration is required). The partner is displayed in the column EDI partner.

Double click into the field Flight no. or MAWB no. to start the search for flights.

The program distinguishes between SMAWBs that you send to a partner and SMAWBs of your partner that are loaded in your consol.

Flight assumption for SMAWBs that you would like to send to partners

• Only flights from partners can be selected!

• The EDI partner field must be filled.

The sub master file number will be copied to the consol flight plan.

Since you have the option to create multiple sub masters for a flight, only the file number of the SMAWB for which the flight was last copied will be entered.

If you have already entered an EDI partner on the AWB Main tab and start the search for flights, the result will only show flights of this partner.
The partner is used as a search criterion. You can change the criteria as necessary.

After you accept a flight, the partner is entered into the field Send to in the headline or updated with the EDI partner of the flight you have accepted.

The MAWB number of the partner is entered into the field MAWB.

The program issues the following message if you select one of your own flights from the consol flight plan: The assumption is not possible. Please select a flight of a partner.

Send Submaster to an EDI partner 

You want to send an SMAWB to a partner via interface.

The partner takes your SMAWB in his Consol shipment.

Preconditions:   The interface must be set up and configured. Please contact us for this.
                          The partner is recorded on the AWB Main tab.

To send the AWB press the F6 function key.
Activate checkbox Send AWB to partner.
Confirm with OK.
