Send eBooking

The data filled in is transferred to Champ via the context menu Send eBooking.

Import data into open file

If the file is already opened, you can import responses from Champ via the context menu command eBooking refresh data.

The data is displayed on the eBooking tab.

After a flight confirmation, the flights are displayed on the eBooking tab.

The LAT date and TOA date are entered according to the information provided by Lufthansa.
The time frame no. may be displayed as well.

These details may only be edited for a changed booking.
They must remain in case of a cancelation.

The history of data you have sent and received can be found on the EDI tab.

The EDI tab shows a history of all transmitted data.

Select Context menu → Show Message to show the content of a message.

Content of a status message:

The confirmed flight numbers and data from Traxon/Champ are displayed on the eBooking tab and in the Champ tab.
