Basic data
Select Consol flight plan.
The following search mask opens:
Create new flight plan manually
Open the window shown above and click File → New to manually enter a new flight plan.Â
Enter a description and the period from/to in which the flight plan is to be valid.
Fill in the flight line:
If there are several via connections for one flight, please click the plus sign.
The flight plan is then expanded and additional flight connections can be entered.

Flight | Alphanumeric entry of the flight number. Flight number without carrier code. |
ETD | Departure date. |
Time | Entry of the time in the format HH:MM. |

Time | Entry of the time in the format HH:MM. |
Weight | A selection of whether KG or LBS according to the booking can be made in the Air PARAMETERS. |
Cbm | Cubage of the shipment |
Service | Access to the master data Service types in RATES → double-click to open a search mask. You can either enter a service for carrier XX (= all carriers) or for a specific carrier. The carrier of the selected flight plan line is pre-assigned in the search for service types. By default, the result will also include universally valid services. The result therefore produces services that apply specifically to the entered carrier (e.g: LH) and to all carriers (=XX). If you would like to limit the search to the entered carrier, deactivate the checkbox General Services. |

MAWB no. | You can import or remove the Carrier MAWB number via context menu. |
File no. | If the MAWB number was accepted into a consol file from the flight plan or assigned manually, the corresponding file number is inserted and the flight can no longer be copied into other consol files. |

Allotment | Check against basic data AIRFREIGHT → eBOOKING → ALLOTMENTS. |

Repeat a flight line
If you have already entered a line in the consol flight schedule, you can repeat these flight details for other days for the duration of the flight plan.
→ To repeat a flight line select the context menu command Repeat.
A new mask opens. The validity dates entered above are already pre-assigned but can be modified.
Flight details are inserted accordingly.
