Create and send a cancelation

A cancelation is created in the field Actioncode on the eBooking tab.

In addition, the flight number is marked on the eBooking tab by checking the Use Flightnumber checkbox.

→ The action codes are set to Cancel for every flight.

The data last sent by Traxon must be returned to Traxon.

• The checkbox use flightnumber on the eBooking tab must be activated in a confirmed flight so that the flight number will be returned as well.

The cancelation can be sent via the context menu.

Champ confirms the cancelation with a message.
