Addresses in Airfreight Export files
All addresses of an order are located on this tab in line form in the Addresses group.
The Addresses tab in order no longer exists in Airfreight Export orders.
Depending on the AWB type, all/more or less addresses are located at the top of the tab or at the very bottom of this screen.
The addresses are numbered and named in the export files as follows.
→ Address descriptions are recorded in the basic data by your system administrator. This setting applies to your entire company.
→ Your descriptions may differ from those recommended by CargoSoft.
→ Exception: A1 – A4 for export are predefined by CargoSoft and cannot be changed!

DES Agent address
Context menu entry
In the DES Agent address field, the selection can be called again according to DES Agents → Entry Search destination Agent.
Preset DES Agent
The address of the DES agent can be preset.
If in the master data AIRFREIGHT → AIR PARAMETER → General tab in the section Destination Agent the checkbox Preassign from Airport is activated, the destination agent from the master data AIR FREIGHT → AIRPORTS will be entered regardless of the AWB type.
The DES agent is automatically stored in by entering the airport.
DES Agent at the airport
If a DES agent is stored at the airport, it is ALWAYS entered.
A DES agent that may have been entered manually previously will be overwritten or, if NO agent is stored at the airport, a DES agent that was entered manually previously will be deleted.
If the checkbox in the master data is NOT active and at least one DES agent is stored at the airport:
at least one DES agent is stored at the airport, a query appears asking whether this should be adopted.
If NO DES agent is stored, the manually entered DES agent is retained.
The DES agent can be entered into the AWB by two additional functions:
consol flight plan
deposited at the consignees address
If a DES Agent has already been entered, a query appears when a flight with a DES agent is taken over from the Consol flight plan, asking whether it should be taken over.
DES Agent at the consignee
If a DES agent is stored at the CNEE address, this always has priority.
AWB Agents address
Address line at the very bottom of the mask
The address field AWB Agent is preset via the master data in the order.
A standard AWB agent is assigned to each branch. Normally, this is the company's own branch.
This address is printed in the house AWB as carrier and in the master AWB in the issuing agent.
Unless otherwise assigned, this results in the preassignment of the shipper in the MAWB Consol.
The AWB agent is also used to preassign the signature texts on the Signature tab and to define the assignment of the Carrier AWB number and/or the House AWB number.
If orders are created, e.g. for partner forwarding agents whose address data is to be printed in the AWB, a corresponding agent can be stored in the master data.
To select this agent, activate the Edit checkbox. This makes the previously gray field editable.
By double-clicking in the address field, another agent can be selected via the search mask.
By selecting another agent, the signature texts are automatically adapted to the new agent.
AWB signature in the AWB Control tab
The proposed AWB signature on the AWB Control tab is dependent on the agent input on the AWB Main tab.
