8xxx - forwarder code of the forwarder who will receive the message.

This information can be stored in the master data at the address of your agent - the Del. Address.

These are location codes specified by Canadian Customs.

Information about the exact unloading location in Airfreight is provided by the carrier/agent.

These location codes can be stored at the consignee address.

This will automatically fill the fields when the consignee is selected....

Note: If the consignee address is deleted or changed in the order, a query is made as to whether the location codes should also be deleted/changed.

Deposit the qualifier 

• [ACIAL] = ACI Airfreight Location Code and

• [ACIAW] = ACI Airfreight Location Code.

Previous Cargo Control Number

In Airfreight, the Previous CCN is the master AWB number, it is preassigned.

House AWB reference number = forwarder code plus file number.

For the ACI declaration the HBL CCN is used as the forwarder's reference for a House AWB.

This amendment code must be applied when there is a change to the AWB and the ACI is resent.
