Field description
Field | Function |
---|---|

Shipper | The address of the sender is taken from the order and can also be changed. |
Consignee | The address of the sender is taken from the order and can also be changed. The location codes for the fields Port of Discharge (CBSA code) and Port of Destination/Exit (CBSA code) can be stored at the address of the consignee. |
Notify party | The address of the notify is preset from the order. |
Del. Address | The agent in the Destination airport can be specified in this field. The delivery address is NOT preassigned from the order. You can store contact data for the Status Notification Party field behind this address (see field description below).

Consolidator | The consolidator is preset from the order. |
Carrier | Airline code from Carrier in AIRFREIGHT. → Pls see ACI Airfreight setup. |

Forwarder | Forwarder code from Branches in COMPANY. → Pls see ACI Airfreight setup. |
Movement | The field is preset with the value Imported. A selection is available via dropdown menu. Â |
Mode Transport | In Airfreight preassigned with Air Transport. |

ACI fields in the middleÂ
Field | Description | Basic data and presettings |

Port of Discharge (CBSA code) | These are location codes specified by Canadian Customs. Information about the exact unloading location in Airfreight is provided by the carrier/agent. These location codes can be stored at the consignee address. This will automatically fill the fields when the consignee is selected.... Port of Destination/Exit (CBSA code) | ||
Previous CCN | Previous Cargo Control Number In Airfreight, the Previous CCN is the master AWB number, it is preassigned. | Â |
HBL CCN | House AWB reference number = forwarder code plus file number. For the ACI declaration the HBL CCN is used as the forwarder's reference for a House AWB. | |
Amendmentcode | This amendment code must be applied when there is a change to the AWB and the ACI is resent.Â
There are two types of amendments: The amendment codes for ACI data of the HAWB on the ACI tab and | Dropdown list about the type of amendment - the amendment codes are given by the Canadian Customs and are stored in the master data. → Pls see ACI Airfreight setup → Amendment codes. |
Is consolidated | Checkbox for consolidated shipments. | → Pls see SMAWB and MHAWB. |
