In the search mask you enter criteria for which locations, airports or carriers you want to display rates.

Start the search with F3.

Another window opens.

Here you have the option of having surcharges calculated on the rates.
This can be in the form of a percentage or defined fixed amounts.
With or without specification of surcharges, click OK to call up the report.

Search in the field DES city airp.

In the field DES city airp. you can enter either the city code, e.g. SHA for Shanghai or the Airport Code, e.g. PVG.
The result will show rates of all airports of the city.
→ In the table City Airports you can see the airports that belong ot the city.

Example: Search for SHA
The result will show all rates for SHA that are recorded in the eRates as follows:

City code            Airport code
SHA                       PVG
SHA                       XYZ
PVG                       PVG       (linked with SHA through city airports table)
XYZ                        XYZ       (linked with SHA through city airports table)
SHA                       SHA      

Search for Destination airport

Here you can enter an Airport Code, e.g. PVG. 

The result will only show rates for PVG and the connected city (SHA) according to the table City Airports.

Example: Search for destination airport = PVG

The result will show all for PVG that are recorded in the eRates as follows:

SHA                       PVG
PVG                       PVG
SHA                       SHA

Add surcharge to eRates

A new mask opens after you have confirmed the search mask.

Enter a matchcode in the field Code or search for an existing code.
If you enter a new code, it will be saved automatically and can be used for the next print.

In the field Operator you can select between percentage surcharge and fixed price.
Enter the value into the field Profit all.
This automatically adds the amount ot all weightbreaks. You can alternatively define a value per weightbreak in the fields M/M to 1000 KG.

Side note: The surcharges are recorded in the basic data program NET RATE PROFIT and can be changed or deleted.

Confirm with OK to see the print preview of the report.

Manage reports

Like all Crystal Reports, the standard layout of the report can be changed upon request.

Reports:
NETTORAO         nettoeratesorig.rpt
NETTORAT          nettoerates.rpt

Using the Report ID, you can configure individual printer settings in basic data ADMIN → FORMS → FORMS or assign your own report in ADMIN → REPORTS.
