An existing activity type can be used for the truck manifest accruals, or a new activity type can be created.

When creating a new activity type, a possible extension of the impersonal account assignment must be considered if it is based on activity types.

For each client, the corresponding activity type is entered on the Administration tab in the Truck manifest activity type field.

Create accruals when printing truck manifest

In order to use the function of creating automatic accruals, the field must be enabled.

Trucking purchase rates          

In this area, trucker addresses with the agreed prices per kilo can be stored for the gateways.
It is possible to set up several trucker addresses for one gateway.
The suggestion of the address and the price in the reset window is made from the entry of the trucker address in the truck manifest.
