Create a new mask set

The control of all masks starts with the creation of a new mask set.

To start with a new mask set right-click in the area below mask set creation and select Add mask set from the menu.

Alternatively, you can create a new mask set via File → New... (the white sheet).

In the following window it is necessary to give the mask set a name that is as meaningful as possible and to decide on the sector and mode (mandatory fields!).

This information can no longer be changed after it has been created!

Mask type	In field Mask type you decide for which part in the order the mask set is valid. Click the dropdown arrow and get the selection of possibilities.
Name	Assign a meaningful name.
Mode	Use the drop-down menu to select the mode in which the mask set should be available.
Sector	Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate area.
B/L type/ AWB type (= order type)	The selection in the drop-down menu varies depending on the mode. The field is not a required field in ocean freight and air freight. If the mode Oceanfreight is selected - there are the B/L types to choose from, Air freight is selected - there are the AWB types to choose from, Road is selected - this is a required field. Here it is necessary to select Shipment or Tour. If this field is left empty, the type applies to all order masks of a range. All available order types, if field Sector remains empty:

When creating a new mask set, all masks are automatically preset with the default mask.

The sorting of the tabs is for information only.

View, activate, edit tabs

The first step of the mask design is to decide which tabs should be used for the order.

However, not all tabs can be changed or deactivated!
Non-editable tabs are displayed with gray checkboxes.
The description of the goods is not editable.

Step 1 includes the adjustment of the order tabs, except in the Airfreight - Export sector - the AWB data.

The following tabs can be modified/deactivated:

Header data
Transport tab
Addresses
Statistics
Additional fields tab/Company specific tab

If you remove the check mark under visible behind a tab, it will not appear in the order.

The tab is also no longer displayed in Edit mode.

Selection of the mask per tab

Then one mask is selected per tab.

When you create a new mask set, the selection field will initially contain Standard.

However, there are - if available and already created before - further masks to choose from, which can be selected from a list via the search function .

In the Mask/Mask set column, select the magnifying glass icon. The Select mask window opens.

Thus it is possible, for example, to use 5 addresses for the address tab instead of 4, since 9 order addresses are available.
However, the additional address can also be included in the header data tab.

At this point it is decided which individual masks are to be combined into a mask set.

Create mask set for the Services tab

To create a mask set for the Services tab, select the entry [Services] from the Mask type dropdown.

You only need to assign a name for a Services mask.

The following masks can be edited or hidden:

Services Addresses
Descriptin of goods
