Mask of the Tour search

The mask of the tour serach contains a search and a result section.

Both section can be modified in display and layout.

Section Tour search

In the upper section you can search for tours and tour templates.

Click the burger button on the upper left side. After that the quantity of the fields in increased.

The search parameter can be saved to be opened from the local menu.

The lower section displays the search result matching your criteria.

In the context menu click the entry Edit label to get to a table with the fields of the mask.

There you can enter German and English text for each field/heading column.

Click OK and the headings of your input appear in the search result.

2	Moving the columns to another place/ changing the sort order
3	Moving the areas horizontally
4	Removing a column from the result in the context menu

These tours can now be created as files.

Mark the desired tour using the checkbox in front of the line and select the entry Create tours in the context menu.

Be sure to use the Validity from-to fields in the search area for the tour creation.

Otherwise you might get a CargoSoft message → pls see Tour template in the Road order.

The two date fields in the header of the search area are of great importance for the tour creation.

These date fields check the validity of the tours, i.e. only tours and tour templates are found that are valid in this timeframe.

All found tours are created in this limited timeframe, namely on all weekdays deposited in the respective tour.

Mark the selected tours with a checkmark and select the context menu entry Create Tours.

→ Tours not located in tour templates are also listed according to the search criteria, but without tour template assignment.
