To send an eAWB or eFreight you only need to transmit SPL-Code EAP or EAW.

eFreight field
Open the AWB Main tab in an order and in the field eFreight select the dropdown entry EAP:
EAW | electronic AWB without pouch | The shipment is paperless, not accompanied by any documents. |
|---|---|---|
EAP | electronic AWB with pouch | The shipment is without AWB but is accompanied by a document pouch (ex forwarder). |
NO | no eFreight | Default entry |
Security information
It is necessary to enter the relevant security data of the shipment for the structured eAWB transmission (as required for eFreight) to the airline.
The data must be entered on the CSD tab.
