Edit address

Another tab opens with the address master data of the clicked address.

Open

You can directly change the master data here or enter a new address if the selected address line is empty.

The change is saved in the master data.

Closing the address tab takes you directly back to the airfreight order. 

Select order template

Order templates can only be used in the Export Airfreight mode.

• Changes to Order templates sub tab in ADDRESSES.

Search flight

Drag the flight data from the Consol flight plan into the order.

• Goes to Field Flight no.: search and accept flight into the order.

Validation of all security relevant addresses

Possibility of manual verification if the automatic verification has already been performed when opening the item or transferring the addresses from the master data.

• Certain master data entries are necessary for this → please see security check in the order (in the Airfreight menu).

Validation in Union database on supply chain security

Use this entry if no automatism is set up in the master data.

• See air security check in order.

Select TMS quotation

You can search for existing TMS offers and branch directly to the search for offers for airfreight and shipper.

Select ECM quotation

You branch directly to the rates search on the calculation tab.

Settings for ECM or TMS

The entry Quotations: Use ECM in Specials tab in GEN COMPANY PARAMETER controls which menu is available in the environment menu and then also determines the subsequent function in the context menu. Only the ECM can be activated, then the TMS offer is not valid OR the ECM can be deactivated, then the TMS offer is valid. And so there is automatically only one OR the other entry in the context menu.

Address assignments

Manually call up address proposal in order

• Address assignments tab in ADDRESSES

A manual call of the address default via context menu is also possible.

To do this, the focus must be on an address field and an address must have been entered.

If the required master data is not maintained, the function will not be executed when the menu item is called up in the context menu.

B2B ↔ HAWB

A HAWB can be converted to a B2B with this entry → back from B2B to a HAWB is also done via this context menu entry.
