Order types

Here you can enter order types for the ROAD mode.

Open

These are simple basic data entries.

Examples:

• PS – (LTL) – Partial shhipment

• FO – (FTL) – Full truck load

• GC – (STL) – General cargo

Here you can also enter the mode that this order types applies to.

Traffic area (LD route)

The LD routes (long distance routes) can be entered individually for each mode.

Please activate the relevant checkboxes.

Please note that the traffic area in the ROAD mode is called LD route.

Movement

Here you can enter movement types.

Currently only entry DIR takes effect in the Road module. 

→ Please make this entry if necessary.

Shipment Conditions (Type of consignment)

The shipment conditions contain 4 new entries.

These can be entered on the Statistic tab in shipments.

Pls consider that the shipment condition in the Road mode is meant as the 'type of consignment'.

Dangerous goods information system

The basic data for the dangerous goods information system have been adapted for the usage in the Road mode, i.e. there is data for the dangerous goods law ADR for road transport.

The basic data is usually filled via interfaces.

Search for ADR entries in the Hazardous legislation field in the dangerous goods search mask.

In the search result the ADR- and RID-classification and info is displayed at the right side.

As soon as the checkmark is set for Road ADR, fields for three names appear in the languages (D) German, (E) English, and (F) French.
