In cross-branch conversion of EDI data sets an email can be sent to the user who accept the data set.

Activate the checkbox Own copy and set as bcc. The emailaddress of the user accepting the data set is considered from basic data ADMIN → EMPLOYEES → Email tab.

• If this function is activated, the email is saved as an MSG file and attachments are stored separately.

• If this function is not active, only the email will be available as MSG file in the eFile. The attachments are recorded in the email.
