Show Tours
The tours section looks as follows:
The search section is located in the upper section.
Searches can be saved for the search section.
These are displayed in the context menu.
Most columns are self-explanatory, but there are also specific contents.
The header of the Vehicle column displays the name and indicator of the vehicle (if deposited in the tour).
If a vehicle is deposited, this is indicated with a corresponding icon.
If only a haulier is entered, a corresponding icon is also displayed.
The file number of the tour is displayed underneath this information.
The header of the column Haulier/Tour name displays the haulier of the tour.
The display of the tour name can be found below.
Context menu in the tour section
The fast view (or fast entry) of the order file for a tour can be opened via double click on a selected line.
Additional menu items can be found in the local menu (right mouse key).

You can open the tour in the normal order entry with EDIT TOUR. |
Using CANCEL TOUR, you can cancel one or more selected tours. A check is carried out, whether shipments are already located in the tour. Closed tours cannot be cancelled, either. All examinations known from the application for cancelling files in the environment menu are carried out. |
With RELEASE FOR DISPO, you can release the tour with all included legs for other departments. |
With BLOCK DISPO, you can block the tour with all included legs for other departments. |
With ALLOCATE NEW PARTIAL LEG, you can duplicate the included legs. This can e.g. be the case for an unsuccessful delivery. A new leg can be created for the next delivery attempt. A duplicated leg appears as non-disposed in the Shipments/Legs section. |
