Description of the different versions
Please enter your goods description in version M.
The other versions are available if you need to modify the goods description for certain processes.

Switch version
Version M is always used by default when you open the goods description for the first time.
Click on another version in the explorer area to switch versions.
Click on a package line in the data entry area to select the line.
Selected lines are highlighted in blue.
The corresponding package line in the explorer area is selected as well.
The data entry area displays all contents of a version.
The package lines entered in the goods description are displayed in shortened form in the explorer area:
the container number for FCL,
the first Marks line, quantity and packaging code for LCL. bei FCL.
The explorer area only shows details of levels 1 and 2. → The data entry area displays all recorded levels.
When switching versions, CargoSoft checks whether all details of the current version have been saved and issues a query if not.
The explorer area indicates whether you have entered dangerous goods details or customs details for a package line.
Click on the icon in the explorer to access these details.
Copy goods description/version

The goods description can be entered once and then copied to other versions.
The desired adjustments can be made there.
The goods description can be copied multiple times and at any time - other versions do not have to be selected immediately.
Even after closing and re-editing a file, the goods description can still be copied.
Select the entry Copy goods description in the context menu of the Goods button.
There is always a query as to which new version the goods description should be copied to.
You can only copy to empty versions.
Copy addresses on container
When copying goods description versions, the Addresses on the container are also copied.
Copy data for container, dangerous goods, customs, volume, additionals
To do this, select Copy goods description in the context menu.
You can also select the extent to which the customs data, dangerous goods data, container data, volume data and additional data already entered are also copied.
If your goods description contains more than one package line, select the package line for which you would like to enter the customs or dangerous goods details.
