Enter HS code in FCL shipments

Attention:
In B2B container shipments, the HS code MUST be entered entered on package level (level 2), not container level (level 1)!

When sending AMS/ACI

The tabs Consignor/Consignee and HS code in the goods description belong to the topic AMS/ACI transmission.

These details refer directly to the shipment are are therefore located in the goods description and must be entered through package details.

These two tabs are always transmitted to every agent when you send the AMS.

In Seafreight Import files

In the goods description of seafreight import files, the HS code button is also available.

If import files are copied, HS codes are also copied if the checkbox goods description incl. customs is activated in the dialog box.

If the AFR filing is used, the HS code from the order is transferred to the AFR filing.
